Blueberry Description
Blue Crop - vigorous, upright, consistently productive and easy to grow. Berries are large, firm and have good flavour. They ripen midseason.
Dixi - vigorous, productive and open-spreading plants. Berries are large, sweet and have a pronounced aromatic flavour. Delicious in pies. They ripen late.
Duke - vigorous, upright and consistently very productive. Berries are large, firm and have a mild flavour that improves on cold storage. They ripen early.
Elliot - vigorous, upright, hardy and consistently productive. Berries are medium sized and firm with a good, mild flavour. They ripen late.
Hardiblue - vigorous, upright, very productive and quick to establish. Berries are medium-sized and very sweet. Excellent for baking. They ripen mid-season.
Northland - cold hardy, vigorous and spreading plants that are consistently very productive. Berries are medium-sized and very sweet. They ripen mid-season.
Rancocas - upright and very productive. Berries are small but the perfect size for muffins and have good flavour. Hold their shape in baking. Will last up to three weeks in the fridge. They ripen early-midseason
Reka - plants are upright, very fast growing and extremely productive. Tolerates wetter ground better than other varieties. Berries are dark blue, medium sized and firm. They ripen early.
